& i ~ Jewelry designer Ian Gibson
is the creative f orce
behind this beautiful line of sterling silver jewelry. He combines
gemstones and pearls with the silver to create designs that
have both an organic and artistic essence. His wife Jessica
is the business mind behind the company. They work with a small
group of talented artisans in their studio in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania to create unique jewelry with an utmost attention
to detail. |
XOvivo ~ This line truly breaks the cycle of the ordinary. Michael Choi, creator and de signer of XOvivo has taken “green” to a whole new level with his line of recycled aluminum jewelry. It is lightweight wearable art inspired by the beauty of the women in his life. Most importantly you can wear his jewelry and know that you are being environmentally conscious. His jewelry is all handcrafted in his studio in McLean, Virginia. |
Whitney
~ John & Linda Whitney have been designing and creating
jewelry made of mixed metals since the 1970’s. Thei r
interpretation of objects is both whimsical and intricate making
their jewelry unique. The metals used include red brass,nickel
silver, bronze, copper and sterling silver making the combinations
almost endless. They are then combined with polymer clay and
semi precious stones to become magical adornments. Their jewelry
is all handcrafted in their studio in Sarasota, Florida (formerly
in Vermont). |
Tessoro ~ Jewelry designer Deborah Bushinski is the artistic force behind this be autiful line of natural birch bark jewelry.
The bark used is salvaged from the northern Minnesota
logging industry. It is torn or cut and coated with an acrylic
polymer to make it durable. She also incorporates copper recycled
from car radiators. Finally she adds some sterling beads or
fresh water pearls and creates completely unique earrings, necklaces
and pins. |
Hagit Gorali ~ Hagit is a jewelry designer from Israel. Sh e has created a gorgeous line of pearl and semi-precious stone jewelry set in sterling silver and sometimes enhanced with 14kt yellow gold. Her designs incorporate shapes and textures from nature for a very organic look. Each piece is a work of art. Hagit’s studio and factory are located on her family farm in the beautiful countryside of Israel. |
Dalia ~ Canadian born jeweler Dalia Alfandary is the mastermind behind this beautiful line of sterling and stone jewelry. She lear ned the trade from her father and then struck out on her own in Austin, Texas. Her travels eventually took her to Bali where she discovered a pool of talented artisans to bring her ideas to life. The spiral and floral designs are thin strands of sterling silver wire that are wound by hand to make each individual design. The stones incorporated in her jewelry are all genuine and include aquamarine, prasiolite, lemon quartz, amethyst and pearls just to name a few. |
